3R Việt Nam (3RTECH.vn) is looking for a young and passionate IT collaborator who is eager to learn and research, to help develop AI products that support business and management. This is a rare opportunity to be directly mentored by a professional who has worked at Coinbase, Amazon, Meta, Visa, and Gameloft, and to join a project from its initial stages.

Job Responsibilities:

Participate in the development of AI software and applications from the ground up.
Quickly learn new technologies and collaborate with the team to build and optimize products.
Design, develop, and deploy chatbots, voice bots, and automation solutions for customer service, sales, and management.
Integrate AI systems with other platforms (CRM, Call Centers, Websites).
Continuously optimize performance, test, and improve the user experience.
Support the sales and operations teams in effectively leveraging AI tools.

Your skills and experience

1-2 years of programming experience (Java, Python, JavaScript, or equivalent).
Foundational knowledge of programming, databases, and algorithms.
Passionate about self-learning and research, with strong logical thinking and good teamwork skills.
Experience with Git, APIs, Chatbot frameworks, and databases is a plus.
Interest in and willingness to learn about NLP, voice recognition, image processing, and AI agents.
